Refund policy

ORDERS

We aim to ship orders between 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirming dispatch. If you have opted for tracked shipping, please allow 1-2 days for the information to be updated on the Canada Post website. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us info@openbookclub.ca. 

Please note we are not liable for any orders lost in transit. 

REFUNDS 

We want you to love our products as much as we do, but in the event you need to make a return, you have 10 days from receipt of the package to initiate a return. 

For an item to be returned, it must meet the following conditions: 

  • Within the 10-day window of receipt
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it 
  • Be unused and undamaged 
  • Not a personalized item 

To initiate a return, contact us at info@openbookclub.ca and provide your order number along with the items you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address. Items returned without a prior approved request will not be accepted. 

Please be aware that Open Book Club is not liable for any returns lost in transit. 

Once your item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If accepted, your original method of payment will be refunded. Please allow for 4-5 business days for the change to be reflected on your bank or card statement. 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

We do our best to pad our shipments and ensure they reach you safely but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us! We're always happy to help in any way we can. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable: 

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked 'FINAL SALE' 
  • Any personalized items
